Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Eventoq powered Witty Wrap Technology Private Limited, we strive to provide flexibility and transparency in our cancellation and refund process. Please review the following guidelines to understand our policy:

Booking and Advance Payment

  • Advance Payment: When booking a service through our platform, customers are required to pay an advance amount as specified by the service provider. The remaining balance is due according to the service provider’s payment terms.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Notice: To cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment. This is to compensate service providers for the loss of business and preparations made.

Refund Policy

  • Advance Payment Refund: If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the event date, you will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
  • Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: Certain circumstances may warrant non-refundability, including but not limited to:
    • Late cancellations (less than 30 days before the event)
    • Services already rendered or partially rendered before cancellation
    • Specific non-refundable clauses outlined by the service provider

Modifications

  • Changes to Bookings: If you need to make changes to your booking, such as adjusting the date or modifying services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the service provider to accommodate your request, subject to availability and possible change fees.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will assess cancellations and refunds on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with the service providers.
